York Mints, a quick website exploration.

The ONE Show had asked Arnold to design their 2008 annual. As one of the designers asked to take a shot at it, Nate and I put together a set of three books that we're pretty happy with. We were able to come up with a concept, design 3 covers, the internal spreads, divider pages, and the piece holding it all together in only 2 days. There were about a hand full of teams from DC and Boston who also designed something. We made it to the final 3 to show the ONE Show panel. Sadly, we didn't win - but I still think these are awesome. I'd buy'em.

This is amazing: London's Kerning. Now I'm tempted to make a version for Hoboken based on the typefaces in the neighborhood.

This father's day, an event like no other takes place. It is called the Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race, and it takes place in Jamaica, Queens NY. 11 Runners from around the world enter this race with one goal in mind, to finish running 3100 miles in under 51 days. This means an average of 65 miles a day running, 18 hours a day. 3100 Miles is like running from New York to California. Perhaps they're crazy, or maybe just really motivated.

Below is the announcement package of the race my colleague Nate and I worked on. It contains a trailer and a poster for the upcoming 11th annual race. Neat!

Zoe introduced me to Coroflot today at work. Figured why not, and set up an account here.

My buddy Keith just sent me this link about t-shirts that can text back to your phone a personalized message. The company is called Reactee. There might be some potential here.

A little something sweet... Here I've been asked to look at the current Cacao Reserve. Cacoa Reserve currently is bright, and uses a false-worldly sense to sell the chocolate. Though Hershey's is celebrated around the world, it's not tropical, French, or undiscovered like the bean. It's American. I felt that in order to elevate the brand and this bar, the turn-of-the-century Americana was the way to go. Pulled directly from historic Hershey's packaging, these bars create a sense of elegance, mystery, and yum factor. The parrot, says, "Kuh-Cow".

Working on a new addition to the CoFP site, "SHOP".
